Finish Product :)

Never thought Tofu can taste like chicken when deep fried and coated like this but it did Maybe because of the spices I added in. Always wanted to experiment on this 'cos most of the tofu dishes served in restaurants are either sauteed or semi fried or steamed but never had I seen one that was deep fried. So, finally made some difference.

What made it tastier is the Japanese bread crumbs that I used, specially when I mix in some spices on it. But have to admit, tofus are fragile dishes which requires fine handling and cutting because it easily breaks off. For some other twist on it, coating it with some grated cheese would make it interesting for kids and adults :)

Enjoy your weekend loves! And enjoy experimenting on food. Not really sure if some are taking notes on the recipes that I make because obviously some of it were already known and are commonly practiced :)
