Korean Restaurant - Helsingborg

Korean Trip!
For the last couple of days, I have been so wondering about what a BiBimBap meal is... only to find out that I've tried it before in one of the new resorts in Cebu.
I am a certified lover of korean cuisine... most specially the famous Kimchi (i just love it). :D Luckily, Tita Lilian was craving for the same treat earlier... So off we went to Helsingborg and ate at this Korean Resto.
Kimch. :D
Bibimbap. :D
Bibimbap with with Paste! :D
So, my cravings were satisfied but the taste wasn't the same as the ones that are cooked in PI. I have to like rate it a 7 out of 10. I just think that there are still ingredients that should be added on them. Well, as what Tita said the spices and ingredients here are limited compared back home but nonetheless my cravings were satisfied. Looking forward to eating it again! Yum! Yum! Yum!
Hmm... ah! Also in attendance earlier were Joyce, Kemmie and Cristy who joined us for lunch and a little shopping. :D

After a long day of fun and church visit... We've decided to cool down and warm ourselves in one of the best coffee shops in Sweden... The Expresso House. :D

P.S Here's a pic of my previous Korean food trip in PI. Missing it... :(

08.15.09 Asian Party

Asian Party!

Halo! Greetings from L.A Landskrona. Currently spending our lovely weekend here and where else would we be staying?!... than to our favorite friend's crib... Joyce. Ever since I came to Sweden, Landskrona has been my second home. Why? Simply because I love the people who are here. Joyce and here family are so warm and nice. I specially love their little girl Kemmie. :D (whom I would love to be a nanny anytime.). :D

Anyhows, for this weekend our schedule was up for Malmo since they are currently celebrating their festival. So, last night we went out to attend the Asian Party held in one of the pub there.

Malmo is a beautiful town. It's almost as same as Helsingborg and Stockholm. It's more lively and advance than where I am currently staying. :D
The Asian Party that we went to was cool. Felt like I was in China or Hongkong. It was so so Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai explosion. But it was all good. Dancing was a bit tiring 'coz the place was like... a steam room! I was sweating like crazy but I did still dance. Iggi (cousin) and Cristy were dancing non stop. I have to catche my breath every now and then and fan my self but it was all so fun. The DJs were looking great as well. :D
