One of the many famous dishes in the Philippines. It's supposed to be Pork but I opted for Beef since I don't eat Pork but same old taste as the one made of Pig's meat. And the egg, well, I really like boiled eggs with sauce and stuff :D That's me and I love it. I love the taste.:)
