Mac 'n Cheese (Stovetop)

I have always been intrigued by Mac 'n Cheese. It has been on top of my must try to cook meals but was never a priority until today. Doing so, made me realised that it is as easy as making a pasta dish except that, the sauce involves a little flour and more cheese but overall, it was worth trying and was really good.
Ingredients
1/4 kg Ground Beef
1 small Onions (diced)
4 cloves Garlic (thinly, sliced)
1 small pack Bacon
1 small pack Macaroni
1 small pack Tomato Sauce
1 medium pack Cheese (creamy type)
1 pack All Purpose Cream
10 1/2 cups Water
2 cups Milk
2 cups Parmesan Cheese
1 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
2 tablespoons Butter
Dash of Black Pepper
Dash of Basil
Dash of Rosemary
Dash of Salt

Step 1: In a medium size pan, add 1/2 cup water and cook Bacon until crispy. In another cooking pan, add 10 cups of water, add in Oil and Salt. Bring to boil. Add Macaroni and cook as per package instruction.

Step 2: Once Bacon is cooked, drain of oil and set aside. Drain Macaroni of Water and set aside.

Step 3: In a clean medium size pan, cook Ground Beef until brown. Add Butter, Onions and Garlic. Season with Black Pepper, Basil and Rosemary. Sautee until well cooked. Add Bacon.

Step 4: Add in Tomato Sauce, All Purpose Cream, Creamy Cheese. Mix. Pour in Milk. Stir. Add Flour and continue stirring until sauce thickens.

Step 5: Add some Parmesan Cheese and pour in Macaroni. Mix.

Step 6: Place in plate. Top with Parmesan Cheese, Bacon. Enjoy
